Cascade Power Project Closes Financing: E3 Served as Project Technical Advisor

E3 Consulting served as the Independent Engineer in support of financing for the 900 MW combined-cycle natural gas-powered Cascade Power Project. The Project secured C$1.5bn ($1.2bn) financing in late August and will commence construction immediately.  

Alberta-based developer Kineticor Resource Corp  closed the financing with joint development sponsors Macquarie Capital and pension fund OPTrust, and project sponsors OPTrust, Axium Infrastructure and DIF Capital Partners.
