E3 Consulting Provides Owner’s Engineering Services for Mammoth North Solar Project

E3 Consulting served as Owner’s Engineer for Doral Renewables Mammoth North project, a 400MW PV solar project in Indiana. This is the first phase of the three-phase Mammoth Solar project, which is slated to be one of the largest collective solar farms in the United States, with a projected total1.3GWac of capacity being sold into the PJM market.

Project developer, Doral Renewables closed on the construction project financing for Mammoth North on June 14, 2022 with Deutsche Bank AG, New York Branch leading the effort to secure $392 million financing for the project, consisting of a $157 million construction-to-term loan facility, a $170 million tax equity bridge loan, and a $65 million letter of credit facility. In addition, Doral’s received approximately $175 in million tax equity commitment Bank of American, N.A.
