We are delighted to welcome Matthew Dannemann, P.E., to our team. Matthew will serve as a solar analyst, supporting the work of the solar and storage teams by providing due diligence and project development services for project developers, lenders, and equity providers.
Mr. Dannemann joins E3 from CenterPoint Engineering, where he was the program manager of preliminary engineering for rapidly expanding commercial clients. While at CenterPoint Mr. Dannemann supported the development of solar projects throughout Colorado, providing site due diligence, solar site layout design, and overall civil engineering support for commercial and industrial solar projects. In addition, Mr. Dannemann supported commercial development. Through his experience of seeing hundreds of projects, he has seen the various issues certain sites can encounter and how to mitigate those issues and associated risks.
Mr. Dannemann previously worked as an engineering intern for the Colorado E470 Highway Authority and before that as an on-site project engineer intern building the Smart Financial Centre for Linbeck Group in Houston, Texas.
He graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Cum Laude from the Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. Mr. Dannemann is a well-rounded engineer, as he also received minors in finance and business from Auburn and is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado.
