E3 was pleased to be part of the training and educational workshops offered as part of the Colorado Solar and Storage Association’s Summer Solstice Virtual Conference that was held on June 18. Team members Andy Hixson, Raji Sundar, and Paul Paxson presented “Sail smoothly in the investor space-ask an independent engineer,” and answered questions providing insight into the process that independent engineers take to ensure that projects being considered for financing are technically and economically feasible.
Separate from E3’s session, the event also highlighted new and emerging technologies from groups such as Canadian Solar and Solar Edge. Canadian Solar touted their best in class solar efficiency of 23.81% and is set to release their Next-Generation PV modules worldwide on July 1. SolarEdge described their latest inverter developments as a platform that enables a “smart energy ecosystem that decreases waste, improves efficiency, reduces bills, all while being more convenient.” E3 thanks COSSA for the opportunity to participate in the Summer Solstice event (https://cossa.co/).
