Solar Resource Expert Joins E3 Team

E3 is pleased to announce that Raji Sundar has joined the E3 team in the Denver office.  Raji Sundar brings to E3 a strong background in the renewable energy field and deep expertise in the solar industry.  Dr. Sundar recently joined E3 from the PV System Performance and Operations Group with US-Photovoltaic Manufacturing Consortium in Albany, New York which was partially funded by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Sun-Shot Initiative. As the team lead, she was responsible for PV Plant Performance Assessment, PVsyst modelling, and providing O&M recommendations to maximize return on investment for MW PV-array owners, C&I and EPC companies.

Dr. Sundar also served as manager for the Reliability Technical Working Group coordinating and managing photovoltaic reliability efforts in collaboration with industry partners across the PV value chain. Prior to that, she was a postdoctoral scientist at the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL), analyzing and characterizing copper indium gallium di-selenide (CIGS) thin-film PV.

Dr. Sundar’s expertise in solar resource modeling, PV plant performance analysis and in-depth understanding of various solar technologies make her an ideal advisor for clients seeking the assessment of a solar project’s potential or current performance and future outlook.
