E3 Consulting Supports Greenleaf Power’s Recapitalization Effort

E3 Consulting served as the Independent Engineer for Greenleaf Power’s recent $37M in project financing from East West Bank to recapitalize its 30 MW Honey Lake Power facility in California and 22 MW St-Félicien Cogeneration facility in Quebec, Canada.  Both plants use woody biomass waste to convert to electricity and have long-term power purchase agreements with local utilities. Greenleaf is backed by Denham Capital and is the owner of 135 MW of biomass-fired capacity across North America. E3 Executive Director Mike O’Dell was the Project Manager.
