E3 Consulting is delighted to welcome Diane Neumeyer to our team as a project manager, where she will support our independent and owner’s engineering work across the renewables portfolio, helping lead projects from development through construction and operations.

Ms. Neumayer joined E3 from OneEnergy Renewables, where she supported utility-scale solar and battery storage projects through early and mid-stage development—managing schedules, scopes, and budgets while coordinating across engineering, finance, legal, and external stakeholders. Her experience spans zoning and permitting research, interconnection requirements, landowner outreach, due diligence, and support for financing and permitting applications.

Ms. Neumayer also brings a strong background in policy research and sustainability consulting, with a focus on renewable energy siting and stakeholder engagement, as well as proven client-facing and relationship management skills.

She recently earned her Master of the Environment from the University of Colorado Boulder, with a concentration in Renewable and Sustainable Energy. Ms. Neumeyer holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Anthropology from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky.
