Water Efficiency Magazine published an article about the Vista Ridge Pipeline, a $927 million construction of a 140-mile pipeline built for the San Antonio Water System (SAWS)
in Texas. The project was one of the water sector’s largest-scale public-private partnerships (P3) at the time of construction. E3 served as an Independent Engineer on the project, providing due diligence on technical and financial aspects of the project before construction, and serving as the construction monitor during construction.
