Our Technologies

Building on 25 years of experience with more than 2,000 projects under our belt, there aren’t many technologies that E3 hasn’t encountered. E3 has reviewed energy and infrastructure projects ranging from conventional and renewable power generation to transmission and distribution to oil, gas and chemicals, as well as commercial and industrial projects from data centers to cold storage facilities. Below is a representative list of technologies we have reviewed and on which we would be happy to provide additional information.

Clean Energy & Renewables

As a result of the specialized and diverse experience of our select group of employees, E3 has worked on renewable energy projects including wind, geothermal, solar (PV and CSP), hydroelectric, landfill gas, waste-to-energy, and biomass.

Energy Storage

E3’s professionals are following the deployment of energy storage technologies into the marketplace, helping clients and partners to understand which technologies are right for specific technologies.

Hydrogen, Oil, Gas & Chemicals

E3’s professionals have been providing technical and business advisory services to the oil, gas, and chemicals (OGC) industry for an average of 30 years.

Power Generation

Members of the E3 team have long provided services to the electric power industry serving as corporate officers, engineers, line managers, asset managers, and developers.

Infrastructure, Commercial & Industrial

E3 has considerable experience serving as Independent Engineer for non-power projects. Our team has provided services ranging from environmental reviews to construction monitoring on a variety of industrial and manufacturing, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Clean Energy & Renewables

E3’s team of renewable engineers is pleased to provide support for sustainable sources of power including solar, wind, bioenergy, hydropower, and geothermal projects. Our team also reviews clean energy projects that are aimed at decarbonization such as carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS), as well as low carbon technologies such as anaerobic digestion, waste-to-energy, and landfill gas.
