E3 Consulting Services (E3) is pleased to announce that we served as Independent Engineer for the sale of Black Bear Transmission Opco, LLC from funds advised by Basalt Infrastructure Partners to Enstor Pipeline Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Enstor Gas, LLC.

Black Bear Transmission is a long-term contracted natural gas pipeline business comprising approximately 1,700 miles of regulated transmission systems with a throughput capacity of 2.6 billion cubic feet per day, serving power generation, industrial, and utility customers across the Southeastern United States.

This transaction further expands Enstor’s portfolio, adding Black Bear’s pipeline network to its six underground natural gas storage facilities and bringing its footprint to more than 1,800 miles of transmission pipelines with over 110 Bcf of certificated working gas capacity.
