E3’s Carol Ho, Executive Director of Environmental Services, attended the Colorado Solar & Storage Association’s Annual Conference in late March. She noted that a highlight of this year’s conference was an update on Colorado’s energy sector, which is evolving at a rapid pace, as utilities and developers race to meet federal tax credit deadlines for wind and solar projects.
