Carol Ho, P.E., promoted to Executive Director

E3 Consulting is delighted to announce that Carol Ho, P.E., E3 environmental engineer, has been promoted to the position of Executive Director, Environmental Practice Lead. Carol, who is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University, has been leading E3’s environmental practice for a number of years, focusing on environmental risk assessments, permitting compliance issues, and evaluation of the biological impacts and mitigation strategies associated with projects.
