E3 Consulting Services is pleased to announce that Anne Locke, an electrical engineer with significant renewables development experience, has joined the E3 team as a Director of Renewables.
In this role, Anne will provide owner’s and independent engineering services for clients seeking to finance, construct, and operate renewable projects. Her background in developing over three gigawatts (GW) of wind, solar, and battery storage provides her with a solid background to support our clients in project engineering and construction management. Anne is also a master electrician, licensed to permit, design, and review electrical plans in eight states.
Anne has an Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Construction Management/Interdisciplinary Degree from Colorado State University.
