E3 Consulting Services is pleased to welcome Reynolds “Al” Brousseau to our team. Al is a senior project and construction executive with more than 40 years of experience leading large-scale EPC and EPCM projects across the energy, industrial, semiconductor, and infrastructure sectors. Throughout his career, he has directed complex projects involving engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, risk management, and contract administration. His experience spans power generation, advanced manufacturing, and heavy industrial facilities.

Most recently, Al served as Senior Project Manager for utilities, piping, conveyance, and off-site manufacturing on a major semiconductor manufacturing facility under construction in Boise, Idaho, where he oversaw approximately $1.6 billion in project scope.

Al has held leadership positions with leading engineering and construction firms, including Hoffman Construction, Exyte, AECOM, CH2M HILL, AMEC, ABB, and Lockwood Greene. He is recognized for building high-performing teams, successfully recovering challenging projects, and delivering technically complex programs safely, on schedule, and within budget. His expertise includes project execution strategy, construction management, schedule and risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, contract administration, and client relationship management. Al earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Hartford and has continued his professional development throughout his career.

At E3, Al will focus on supporting ongoing and greenfield thermal power generation projects. He brings extensive construction leadership experience to help clients execute complex projects as the market continues to grow.
