E3 Consulting adds three new executive directors
In finance, generation and transmission specialties
DENVER – In order to continue to provide superior client service
and to keep pace with its significant growth as a leading energy sector
consulting firm, E3 Consulting LLC announces the addition of three
new executive directors: James Beach, R. Mark Clements and Vladislav “VK” Kuceravy.
Together, the three new executive directors
bring more than 70 years of experience in finance, operations, permitting,
generation and transmission to E3 Consulting.

existing team of more than 20 of the brightest minds in energy sector consulting

Beach has 10 years of experience in the power industry and 15 years
as a financial professional, specializing in structuring non-recourse
debt financing and acquisitions. Much of his career has been in senior
and mid-level project finance roles with two large U.S. independent
power producers, and during the past six years, he has led financing
efforts for more than 10 major non-recourse power transactions totaling
nearly $7 billion and over 8,000MW.
Clements, an industry expert in transmission, has 35 years of experience
in the electric utility and management consulting sector, including
15 years experience in generation expansion planning and production
cost modeling, and 15 years in transmission planning and system operations.
He is also experienced with network service evaluations and with RTO
and FERC transmission pricing policies, transmission transfer path
evaluation and expansion studies.
Kuceravy has over 24 years of experience in power generation, including
plant operations and providing independent engineering and asset valuations
to financial clients. He is fluent in Czech and Slovak. VK’s
experience includes years of hands-on work in plant operation and
maintenance, commissioning, startup and licensing.
