E3 Consulting Forms Strategic Alliance with leading Wind Energy DENVER—E3 Consulting, LLC (E3), a leading business and technical advisor to the energy industry, announced today that it has entered into an alliance with renewable energy firms 3TIER, Inc. and Clarity Analytical. 3TIER is one of the largest independent providers of wind, solar, and hydro energy assessment and power forecasting products and services worldwide, while Clarity Analytical is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm with a focus on renewable energy that provides a variety of services including risk assessments, data mining, and GIS analysis. Under the terms of this agreement, E3 will utilize 3TEIR's highly respected FirstLook® and FullView® wind energy assessment and power forecasting products and services, and Clarity Analytical's wind project performance analysis and wind resource assessments, to provide clients with an integrated one-stop shop approach to wind power projects.
