Three client projects come to completion
DENVER, CO – E3 Consulting LLC, which provides expert guidance in finance, business, operations and environmental issues for clients in the energy industry, announces that companies for which E3 provided services have successfully financed or launched operations in Colorado, California and Washington State.
With E3 Consulting assisting in pre-finance due diligence, Invenergy LLC announced that it has completed project financing for the 620 Megawatt (MW) Grays Harbor natural gas fueled facility in Washington State. The $216.5 million financing was completed with The Royal Bank of Scotland as the lead arranger and underwriter.
E3 Consulting has had a long and successful working relationship with The Royal Bank of Scotland, advising the bank and its clients during due diligence on a number of projects.
Invenergy also announced that the 300 MW Spindle Hill energy Center has commenced commercial operation, with E3 Consulting assisting during project development. The Spindle Hill Energy Center is located on the eastern edge of the Town of Frederick in Colorado. The facility is owned and operated by Invenergy, with all power sold to Public Service Company of Colorado, an Xcel Energy company, under a long term power purchase agreement.
And finally, E3 client EnerTech Environmental of Atlanta has broken ground on its first commercial scale Slurry Carb(TM) facility located in Rialto, CA. The Rialto Regional Biosolids Processing Facility will increase the production of renewable energy in Southern California by converting biosolids from five municipalities in the Los Angeles region into renewable fuel, which will be used in a local cement kiln as an alternative to coal.
"These three major milestones are all proud moments certainly for our clients, but also for the entire team at E3 Consulting. Bringing these projects to completion represents our team's dedication to superior client service across a broad spectrum of energy sector industries," commented Donald J.
