Overview:

Lodi Gas Storage (Lodi) is in the process of refinancing their operating reservoir gas storage facility in California.  The project has a working gas capacity of 17 BCF, up to 400 MMCPFD of injectivity and up to 500 MMCFPD of deliverability.  In addition, Lodi is developing a nearby reservoir expansion project, designed to provide 5 BCF of working gas capacity and up to 50 MMCFPD of deliverability.

Lodi charges market-based rates for natural gas storage services, and construction of the expansion project is in progress.  E3 Consulting was asked to provide due diligence services in support of the refinancing of Lodi and the initial financing of the expansion project.
